Now we are seeking for fintech rock stars 🎸 to scale and grow, creating new ecosystem products.

Requirements:

— A seasoned Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.

— Must have experience working in the cryptocurrency exchange realm.

— Proven track record in defining product and business requirements for software and technical development.

— Excellent coordination and planning skills to guide technical projects from inception to implementation.

— Strong analytical and product management skills, capable of turning data into meaningful insights and opportunities.

— Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex topics effectively.

— Results-driven individual with a focus on completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

— Positive attitude, passionate about innovating, learning, and sharing knowledge.

— Proficient in English (B2 level).

— Fantastic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

— Overseeing the planning, design, development, and management of our cryptocurrency exchange to ensure competitiveness in the market.

— Preparation of detailed requirements, including systematization, decomposition, and description of SRS, user stories/use cases, and acceptance criteria.

— Understanding user needs in the cryptocurrency exchange space, optimizing product features, and enhancing user experience.

— Close collaboration with the development team to address any issues during product development, ensuring timely project completion.

— Monitoring market dynamics and conducting product optimization through data analysis.

— Regularly reporting on product performance and proposing strategies for improvement.
