ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games is looking for a Senior Backend Developer. You will participate in evolving high-load backend services for the game and core backend features development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Evolve high-load backend services for the game
• Core backend features development (e.g. inter-service communications)Metagame features development (e.g achievements, shop, profiles)
• Provide auto-testing coverage for new features (via unit testing, functional testing, stress testing)

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of backend development experience using .Net framework
• Strong C# knowledge
• Proven experience with software design
• Experience with Web services development (REST)
• Understanding of relational & non-relational DB concepts
• Familiarity with Design patterns and SOLID principles
• Communicable
• Not prone to conflict
• Self-motivated
• Team players
• Fast learners, open to new knowledge

PLUSES

• Experience in Designing microservices
• Understanding of NET Core & .NET 5+
• Understanding of Azure cloud development
• Understanding of Serverless architecture
• Understanding of Websockets scalable connection development
• Understanding of High-load distributed services
• Experience in Perforce
• Experience in Writing technical documentation
• Understanding of UML diagram
