English language fluency is a must

Experience in social media and community management

Experience in working in the video games industry essential

Senior or managerial level or equivalent

Experience in creating and engaging with emerging communities

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment

Strong planning and project management skills and good analytical skills

Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The ability to keep a level head and maintain calm under pressure

Experience in managing third-party agencies


As a Community Manager in the Gunzilla Games marketing team, you will:

Create community strategies and targets for community growth and retention.

Work with internal leads to create content strategies around major releases.

Facilitate positive and supportive conversations inside the community relative to our game and studio across social media, discussion sites, and support channels.

Managing influencer and community outreach.

Identifying potential relationships with community influencers.

Organizing community events in-studio and online.

Run community playtests as needed.

Report weekly on community health.

Organizing, managing, and updating the FAQ around each release

Manage the fan and press kits to keep them up to date.

Host, produce Livestream content

Cutting video content around each release.

Providing player support through ZenDesk, Discord, Sprout, and user-generated content.

Establishes direction for storytelling

Develops and prioritizes the editorial calendar

Ensures consistency and continuation of thematic content

Has a solid sense of timing and controls the flow of outbound content

Has a pulse on the community and can determine what content will be of value to the brand
