Collaborating with poker elites, we are setting new standards in strategic insights and learning experiences in the poker domain. We are now expanding our innovative efforts by establishing an R&D team in Ukraine. We seek passionate individuals who are driven to redefine the technological landscape of poker. • Team: Part of the remote in-house team.
• Management line: reports to CEO.
• Work conditions: 5 days/week, remote, flexible working hours.
• Type of engagement: PE contract

Tasks:

— Being the primary point of contact for the CEO and stakeholders.

— Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

— Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support daily activities.

— Executing marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events whilst managing the social media presence.

— Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and content.

— Support the implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

— Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

— Researching and presenting data to support key decision making.

— Leading design projects using tools such as Canva and utilising your creativity and flair for design.

The person we are looking for is possessing:

— English — advanced level.

— Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Prior experience in marketing or a creative design background is highly desirable.

— Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects.

— Experience in marketing, with a good understanding of marketing principles and practices.

— Strong professional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

— Flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively around changing priorities and deadlines.

— Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

— Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience or interest in the poker industry as a plus.
