GT is looking for an Experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Sourcing team and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees. We need a person who will manage the first stages of the recruiting process: use various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates, and build strategies to attract candidates.

Our future mate will work as a part of the Recruitment team that currently consists of 14 great members.

We are not looking for someone who wants to become a recruiter. We offer career growth for this position as a sourcing analyst, marketer, head of the L&D sourcing department, GT brand ambassador in the Ukrainian sourcing community, etc

Our engineers have worked on products with McLaren, Universal Studios, Jaguar Land Rover, Reevoo, SmartXpo, Rio ESG, and Eagle Genomics — to name a few.

Based in Kyiv, London, and Krakow, GT offers both full remote and flexible (office & remote) opportunities.

Technological stack we work with: Python,, React, Angular, Node.js, Java, C#, Unity, Ruby, React Native, Flutter, Swift etc.

In our team you will be responsible for:

  • finding potential candidates worldwide on different sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, Djinni, Kaggle)
  • writing 1st messages, follow-ups, personalised letters
  • creation, launching, managering email campaigns
  • coordinating with recruiters to determine position requirements
  • identifing qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. Boolean search, Linkedin Recruiter Lite)
  • developing talent pipelines and maintain candidates database (we use BreezyHR)
  • tracking your own progress and meeting KPIs
  • conducting market, salary research and creating analytics on request
  • cooperation with other sourcers, participate in brainstorming sessions, weekly syncs

Skills and experience:

  • 3 years of general experience
  • at least 1-year experience as a Talent/Technical Sourcer
  • strong Intermediate English level
  • confident knowledge of Boolean search, Linkedin search
  • knowledge of the most popular programming technologies
  • experience in searching for candidates in international markets
  • familiarity with ATSs
  • ability to write accurate, structured, and creative texts
  • ability to work effectively with 3-4 vacancies at a time
  • analytical thinking
  • output orientation
  • ability to handle challenges
