About the role: Prototype, build, and balance game levels in Unity.

Responsibilities:

• Grayboxing (ProBuilder) and assembling levels from modular assets.
• Set up gameplay logic, triggers, and NavMesh.
• Iterate locations based on analytics and playtests.
• Perform basic gameplay balancing in cooperation with the game designer.
• Own readability: sightlines, landmarks, and clear signposting of objectives and threats.
• Define the modular kit with art — grid, metrics, graybox-to-final handoff.
• Keep levels inside performance budgets and spread four players across the space.

Requirements:

• Confident building Unity scenes.
• Understanding of pacing, navigation, and difficulty curve.
• Comfortable with Unity lighting, occlusion, prefabs, and basic profiling.
• Portfolio (gameplay videos of built levels).

Nice to have:

• Creating islands in Fortnite / mini-games in Roblox.
• Ability to prototype basic gameplay mechanics using AI tools
