GrowthMate is looking for a Project Manager 🧑‍💻

GrowthMate is a relationship-first link-building agency that helps ambitious B2B SaaS and service brands outrank their competitors, get discovered in AI search (like ChatGPT and Gemini), and grow faster through powerful backlinks from DR70+ editorial sites.

We’ve already helped brands like Semrush, SmallPDF, CloudTalk, Modash, Belkins, Inbox Army, Community Phone, and more grow their SEO visibility with thousands of juicy links.

👉 Responsibilities:

• Project management: backlog revision, tracking the performance of a team, questions & issues troubleshooting
• Create & update Notion documentation
• Manage internal link-building system, update clients with newly built links
• Account management & communication with clients, building relationships with clients, notes-taking & proposal creation
• Participation in sales calls, notes taking, proposal creation
• Manage invoices & other finance-related questions
• Run standups and retro meetings
• Other responsibilities on request

👉Requirements:

• Proficient English (B2+); will be a benefit if you’ve worked with English-speaking clients
• Experience working in SEO or digital agency (would be a plus)
• Understanding of SEO & link-building concepts
• Strong communication skills & perfectionist approach
• Responsibility and willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to think outside the box
• Google Sheets proficiency
• Be flexible in a fast-growing company
• Team-building player
