We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Search Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and compiling accurate email contacts to support our outreach initiatives, playing a crucial part in our marketing and sales efforts.

About GrowthMate: GrowthMate is a relationship-based link-building agency that assists ambitious B2B brands in surpassing competitors in the SEO arena and boosting revenue through powerful backlinks. We offer white-hat SEO services focusing on link-building, excelling in cold email outreach, guest posts on high-authority editorial websites, and link insertions through relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Search for donor websites using Ahrefs based on the link builder’s task brief
• Filter and compile a list of potential websites for outreach according to the specified criteria.
• Identify and gather accurate and up-to-date email addresses for outreach purposes.
• Collaborate closely with link builders to review the website list and adjust based on feedback.
• Finalize the email list and hand off the task to the link builder for launching outreach campaigns.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of email search strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Lead Generation Manager.
• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher.
• Desire to develop a career in sales over time.
• Experience with email search tools and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
