We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the post-purchase product experience, drive retention and LTV growth, and ensure we deliver real value to paying users across our products.
As a Product Manager at Growity Tech, you will focus on what happens after the user converts — improving engagement, strengthening product value, and building long-term user relationships through continuous product improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Own and improve the post-paywall user experience
- Develop and strengthen the core product value (learning experience, AI features, content, user journey)
- Drive retention, LTV, and churn reduction through product initiatives
- Analyze paying user behavior and identify drop-off points and engagement gaps
- Run product experiments and A/B tests to validate retention and value hypotheses
- Improve product quality to reduce cancel rate and chargebacks
- Work with cohort analysis and behavioral data to inform decisions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with PMM
- Define clear specs and acceptance criteria for development
- Lead key product ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily syncs)
- Collaborate closely with design, analytics, development, and support teams
- Collect and translate user and support feedback into product improvements
- Improve content structure and in-product mechanics (courses, lessons, flows)
What’s required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with retention / churn / subscription-based products
- Strong understanding of Retention, LTV, Churn, and Engagement metrics
- Hands-on experience with product analytics (cohorts, user behavior)
- Experience running Scrum processes (planning, grooming, daily syncs)
- Ability to write clear product specs and documentation
- Solid understanding of UX and user behavior
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage a product backlog
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with mobile apps (iOS / Android)
- Experience working closely with PMM / growth teams
- Background in EdTech or content-driven products
- Experience with AI-driven features
