Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist to support and develop creative strategies for our advertising and marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative creative concepts that drive user engagement and acquisition for our educational products. This position is ideal for professionals with at least 6 months of experience in digital marketing, content production, or creative strategy—SMM specialists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve creative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns, specifically for Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners to execute creative strategies.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions.
- Assist in testing new creative approaches and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Research target audiences, track market trends, and analyze competitors to guide creative decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing, content creation, influencer marketing, or SMM
- Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Ability to research and analyze markets and competitors.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Good to have (but not mandatory):
- Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Figma)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway, DALL-E, Sora, Midjourney or other)
