After several interviews where you feel like you’re not really seen as a person, but just another expendable candidate, my interview with Kseniia felt like a breath of fresh air.

She explained the future role very clearly and honestly, including the areas where challenges might arise. The hiring process was transparent and easy to understand. There were no last-minute reschedules or cancelled calls, and communication was always clear and prompt.

What I especially appreciate is that the project turned out to be exactly as it was described during the hiring process, so overall I’m very happy with the experience.
