I would like to share my feedback and impressions regarding the hiring process for the Sports Manager position at Growe.

Very shortly after submitting my cover letter and CV, I received feedback from Oksana Surzhko, and we scheduled a screening call. During our conversation, we discussed the reasons behind the decisions I had made throughout my professional journey — both within I-Gaming niche and beyond it. I immediately noticed Oksana’s confidence and professionalism. All further communication and feedback were provided clearly and strictly within the timelines.

The interview with the team was well structured and comfortable. I felt listened to, which helped me share my experience openly.
