Grid Dynamics is seeking a Delivery Director to lead strategic delivery initiatives for global clients, ensure high-quality execution of engineering programs, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage distributed delivery teams across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Excellence

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple engineering programs, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Build reliable delivery processes aligned with corporate PMO and Agile best practices.
• Monitor delivery performance, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.

Customer Management

• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and high satisfaction
• Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans and ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded
• Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and scale globally distributed delivery and engineering teams
• Drive hiring, retention, and development of top talent within Grid Dynamics
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Business & Organizational Growth

• Support pre-sales: contribute to proposals, delivery plans, and resource strategies
• Participate in delivery governance and company-wide optimization initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and expand client engagement

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in delivery or program management in the software industry
• Strong engineering background; experience with high-load distributed systems is a plus
• Proven track record of managing globally distributed delivery teams for international customers
• Deep understanding of Agile, SDLC, and modern software engineering processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience attracting and growing top engineering and PM talent
• Fluent English
