Project description:

Commercial System Support team needs to handle the upcoming transformation of their back-office systems, including migrating from Zora to Conga CPQ, Billing, and integrating with NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Application configuration, customization, integrating and management across CRM, ERP (Quote to Cash) and Enterprise Apps.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On. This can also include middleware management.
• Experience with web services and API’s, enough to troubleshoot problems and provide support for integrated systems.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java.
• Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to ensure that applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and system outages.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures, configurations, and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing decisions related to integration with other systems, data management, and overall system architecture.
