HR Operations Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Grid Dynamics is looking for an HR Operations Specialist in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro or Kharkiv

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate management of HR data using internal systems (BambooHR, OpenAir, Jira) in cooperation with local and global team
• Prepare monthly reports for the finance department
• Maintaining a high level of data quality and providing on-demand reports where required
• Coordinating background checks according to the company policy
• Providing operational support to HR projects across the organization
• Work on improvement of HR policies
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Eagerness to work in an international environment and passion to develop in HR Administration
• 1+ years of related work experience (experience as HR Operations Specialist/HR Administrator)
• Good abilities to quickly learn and drive change in a highly dynamic environment
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Confident PC user (Google Workspace, HRIS)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
