Grid Dynamics is looking for Office Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend.

Requirements:

• At least Intermediate level of English
• Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with a team
• Being proactive, attentive to details and good at multitasking
• IT experience is preferable but not must

Responsibilities:

• Managing all the office supplies (cleaning ladies, electrician, plumber, etc.)
• Managing snacks, milk, fruit and coffee orders
• Managing the office space, meeting rooms (office capacity, making sure that premises are clean and meeting rooms are ready for presentations/meetings)
• Meeting the visitors/newcomers
• Managing incoming/outcoming correspondence, deliveries
• Assisting the management when needed (printing/scanning the documents, organizing documents translation, etc.)
• Documents flow support for the colleagues (contracts, insurance, etc)
• Managing corporate flat booking, cleaning
• Events support ( internal, external)
