Grid Dynamics is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of global C&B processes and programs
- Design, plan and optimize standardized processes (e.g., the bonus process, performance management, grading, and annual compensation adjustment process)
- Independently develop remuneration concepts including short/long-term incentive plans for regional as well as global usage
- Participate in the implementation of C&B tools and applications
- Prepare guidelines for managers (e.g., regarding the annual compensation adjustment process)
- Analyze, plan, simulate and assess the market in order to ensure the competitiveness of Grid Dynamics
- Ensure transparency for Management on the effects of C&B budgets and costs
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
- Familiarity with C&B plan design and review processes and ideally with the annual Compensation cycle
- Experience in job evaluation and grading using standard market methodologies
- Understanding of project management in an international working area with global stakeholder landscape
- Practical experience with business analytics and data visualization solutions
- Very good analytical skills paired with the ability to manage complex data inclusive of reports and key recommendations
- Strong social skills and intercultural awareness
- Convincing, self-confident and assertiveness
- Knowledge of English at C1 level (business fluent)
