Our customer is one of the largest and most long-established independent companies in the 3D printing/additive manufacturing sector. We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to drive the requirements elicitation process, serve as an advisor for the development team and manage change requests from the business side.
Communicate with stakeholders on the client’s side.
Lead requirements elicitation and documentation.
Work closely with architects and technical leads to provide necessary technical details for the development team.
Follow the agile methodology of software development (Scrum, continuous integration, planning games, daily stand-up, etc).
Manage and process change requests from the business side.
Practical experience with UML/BPMN.
Excellent technical writing skills and ability to document software requirements and architectures in a crisp way.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Ability to present and explain software requirements to different groups of users including engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, and documented.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedule with the customer and external vendors.
Excellent analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with relational databases and good command of SQL would be a plus.
Deep understanding of the software development process. Practical experience working in a Scrum team.
