Grid Dynamics, a Silicon Valley-based software engineering and services company focusing on next-generation e-commerce platforms and solutions is looking for a Recruitment Lead in Kharkiv location

Responsibilities:
The major areas of responsibility will be leading the recruitment team, finding and hiring great engineers.

As a Lead you will be responsible for:
— Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers
— Tracking recruitment team productivity on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
— Participate in creating/updating Recruitment related processes, procedures, guidelines;
— Provide all necessary information on resources, salaries, availability of candidates on the market
— Ensure satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
— Make sure that all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements and processes are followed by the team members

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
— Search, selection, and communication with candidates;
— Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
— Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
— Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
— Participating in different marketing activities (meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics on the market, build a network of potential candidates;
— Keep reporting data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;
— Highlights issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and vacancy promotion on the market;
— Identify unique selling points needed to create a most attractive job offer;

Requirements:
— Solid experience in recruitment in IT industry;
— Upper-Intermediate English;
— Proven track record of making hires in IT recruitment;
— Lead or Mentorship experience is a plus;
— Strong organizational and project management skills;
— Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
— Service and delivery approach;
— A high level of self-motivation and proactivity is required;
— Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
— Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
— Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
