You’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running.
— Support Internship hiring: candidate’s screening, interview scheduling, collecting feedbacks, finalizing the hiring process.
— Prepare and post job ads on different boards, keep actual posting
— Help with creating CVs in corporate format
— Handle candidate database
— Schedule interviews, greet and assist interviewees
— Assist with new hire onboarding
— Excel knowledge;
— Intermediate level of English;
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
— Strong organizational and time management skills;
— Great attention to detail;
— Outstanding communication skills;
— Problem-solving ability;
— Bachelor degree.
