As a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of data analytics, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that business needs are clearly translated into actionable data solutions and well-structured user stories.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business and technical documentation

  • Effectively communicate insights, progress, blockers, and updates throughout the delivery cycle

🎓 Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven involvement in analytical or technically oriented projects
  • Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+) and the ability to act as a bridge between data and business teams
  • Fundamental understanding of data concepts, including KPIs, business metrics, reporting logic, and analytics principles
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, ETL processes, and working with tools like Power BI, SQL Server
  • Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements, including data flow diagrams, API documentation, and user stories
  • Experience translating business needs and feedback into structured artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items)
  • Solid experience in functional documentation and active participation in grooming sessions, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions
  • Prior experience working in cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, QA, Product Managers)
  • Strong soft skills: analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-driven approach

💡 Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
