Now we are looking for two skilled Senior Data Analysts to join our team and contribute to a transformative healthcare analytics project.
The project aims to build a robust data analytics and infrastructure hub for lactation consultations within the healthcare domain.
The key objective is to enhance a patient portal and construct a scalable Data Warehouse while transitioning to microservices.

Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain marketing data reports and visual dashboards.
Perform data validation, modeling, and reporting using SQL, Python, and visualization tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Work with Azure-based cloud infrastructure to manage data workflows and pipelines.
Document data mappings, models, and transformation processes.
Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Data Security & Management
Adhere to data governance and security policies.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal security protocols throughout development.
Assist in implementing access controls and encryption mechanisms for secure data handling.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with structured and unstructured datasets;
Strong expertise in SQL (any flavor) for querying and data manipulation;
Proficiency in Python (or R) for data analysis and processing;
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools for dashboards and reports;
Hands-on experience in data cleaning, transformation, and ETL workflows;
Familiarity with Azure (Data Factory), AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle data ecosystems;
Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting;
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset;
Ability to work (as close as possible) in USA Central Time Zone alignment for communication with the client;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (direct client communication required)
Nice to Have|Will be a big plus:
Experience with Databricks, Alation, Apache Spark;
Knowledge of Airflow, Odexter, or Airbyte for ETL processes;
Exposure to SaaS-based analytical solutions;
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Postgres.
