In line with our development plan for the current year, we are looking for a Senior Lead Generation / Senior SDR to help us improve the efficiency of all outbound operations and competently manage a team of sales professionals.

**We are looking for an avid hunter who cannot spend a day without finding new, pleasant, intelligent and productive partners. A specialist is always searching for new ideas, and recent helpful news lights him up like a light bulb for further communication and assistance to the team.

What are you going to do):
— Work with taps through different output channels;
— Generate quality potential customers;
— Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest in our expertise and what we can provide;
— Collaborate with colleagues to align our internal goals with new and existing client relationships;
— Determine the profile of the ideal client (which is comparable to our values));
— Write emails and additional messages on LinkedIn;
— Analyze the effectiveness of field measures;
— Manage all outgoing transactions;
— Participation in the coordination of coverage strategy with marketing activities;
— competently manage a team of sales managers;
— Participation in calls with potential clients.

A team that will be happy to help in all processes:
Head of the application development department;
Head of the Business Development Department;
LeadGen;
Sales managers;
Marketing manager.

Required skills and qualifications:
— At least two years of experience in the position of Senior SDR, Head of Lead Generation or a similar position in IT (outsourcing, outstaffing);
— Understanding and applying all stages of the sales cycle;
— Experience of working with objections (how about without them?));
— Experience using information tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io, Link Helper or similar, Sales Navigator, etc.)

— Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);
— Active listening skills;
— Business communication skills;
— Multitasking without loss of quality;
— Self-confidence and strong internal motivation.

Let’s discuss successful case studies of clients and possible further strategies, etc.;
* Technical task, as it seems, not in a word — but in a deed);
*Conclusion of the meeting with Biz Dev, discussing the future task and distant possibilities.
