I had an interview with a recruiter for a Сopywriter position and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of communication, very quick and clear feedback. The test task was understandable, feasible in scope, and corresponded to the responsibilities of the position, and I received detailed feedback on it during the interview with the hiring managers. The interview was held in a friendly, unobtrusive atmosphere. The managers were very welcoming and paid a lot of attention to me, reassured me not to worry and gladly answered all my questions. It is clear that the company focuses on the well-being of candidates, allocates a lot of resources to this and provides quality feedback for the personal and professional growth of candidates.
