Skills of planning and tasks prioritization.
Participating in defining the ideal candidate profile for the job descriptions provided.
Various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria).
You will work with the ATS and prepare reports about your work and vacancies.
You will gradually learn how to contact candidates and conduct pre-screening calls (mentoring and support will be provided).
