Обязанности

• Formulate requirements for vacancies and create their description;
• Manage positions on job boards, internal CRM-system and social pages;
• Find and attract talents using all possible search techniques;
• Manage Hiring process (conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, provide feedback);
• Work with the hiring team and optimise the hiring process;
• Monitor the market and work with its analytics.
