— You have two or more years of experience in engineering management, or other relevant experience.
— You understand scaling of technology companies, consumer internet products, and platforms.
— Considering your previous professional engagements, you are able to recruit (together with the hiring team) high-caliber engineers in Ukraine, including directly from your network.
— You know how to hold a team accountable for predictable and speedy delivery of high-quality software.
— You enjoy catalyzing team members’ potential and helping them develop professionally.
— Do you welcome change? We certainly do, and we have a lot of it, regularly. You have to be able to manage change and people (relationships, perceptions, attitudes). Yes, performance management is also on your plate.

— You have relatively recent experience as an engineer. Ideally, you still remember how to write code. In a perfect world, you can tell good code from bad code.
— You have had broad technical exposure and have the ability to dig deep on specific projects as needed.
— Experience working at a product company at some point in your career is a plus.
— It would be great if you have experience working collaboratively across teams, ideally in a distributed organization. We have two offices with 10 time zones between them. Challenge accepted?
— You are good at spoken and written English.
