The Opportunity

Grammarly is looking for a committed HR Administration Specialist for a 6 months contract. This role involves helping with the employment transition to Diia City, handling military registration, and ensuring smooth communication among our European offices.

As HR Administration Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Dіia City Transition: Help with the complexities of transitioning into Diia City (employment under a labor contract), ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.
  • Military Registration Management: Establish processes related to military registration and help maintain accurate records of military registration, including data submission, as mandated by local regulations.
  • Staff Reservation and Coordination: Oversee the reservation processes for employees.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Communicate and collaborate with our colleagues in our international offices, particularly in Ukraine, Berlin, and Poland.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A proven track record in managing transitions within Diia City frameworks, showcasing expertise in employment contracts and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with military registration practices, including managing and submitting records efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level, enabling effective communication with international team members.
  • Prior experience in employee reservation and coordination of this process.
  • Available to work occasionally from our Kyiv hub.
