The Disputes Team manages end-to-end operations associated with disputes, chargebacks, and claims, as part of the Customer Support Team. We are seeking an exceptional Data Entry Specialist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can help us efficiently and effectively process all relevant cases. This role includes performing a variety of data entry, analysis, and related duties for the processing of claims, and chargebacks.
Communicate effectively and concisely with merchants and colleagues to resolve chargeback cases.
Monitor, evaluate, and respond to chargeback claims while reviewing transaction information and chargebacks filed with different payment processors.
Complete necessary adjustments to accounts and ensure the proper attributes are applied to each claim by using the appropriate processes and procedures.
Provide feedback and update colleagues regarding cases under investigation.
Improve chargeback processing procedures, policies, and standards.

You have a bachelor’s degree.
You have previous customer service experience.
