To get to that goal, we are looking for a manager to lead Grammarly’s Office Operations team in Kyiv. This role will be responsible for internal mobility, events, office management, and administration. As our team is expanding quickly, the Administrative Manager is central to Grammarly’s successful growth on a day-to-day basis and into the future.

The team

This manager role will join our Office Operations Team, which works to provide a comfortable, safe, and healthy work environment to boost team members’ engagement, productivity, creativity and collaboration. You will also be responsible for overseeing our office expansion, as our team is quickly growing. This means not only helping to create new working spaces but also continually improving our current space. You will support and coach the members of the Office Operations team to achieve aggressive goals and be successful in their roles. The manager will create a clear vision of the Office Operations team for the future.

What you will accomplish

Contribute to the establishment and improvement of the Operations processes in Kyiv
Manage the Kyiv administrative team
Own and plan the Operations budget in Kyiv
Drive the office construction (build-out) process

Support the preparation of the company’s events both in the office and offsite.

Talents you bring to the team

You have at least two years of previous experience leading and managing a team
You have a proven track record of project management and process optimization
You have solid experience (2+ years) in facilities management (space planning, build-outs)
You have hands-on experience in planning and managing budgets
You have highly developed data-analysis skills
You demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills

You have a strong command of both written & spoken English.
