What You’ll Be Driving:
— Creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials aligned with brand identity;
— Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to guidelines and reflecting tone, style, and values;
— Collaborating with marketing teams to translate strategies and concepts into engaging visual designs;
— Designing digital assets optimized for social media, websites, and mobile platforms;
— Developing print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise;
— Supporting marketing campaigns by creating and iterating visual assets based on feedback and performance;
— Sourcing, creating, and editing high-quality images and photographs for marketing use;
— Staying up to date with digital design trends and best practices to drive engagement;
— Managing multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
— Ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards before publication.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
— 3+ Years of professional experience in graphic design;
— Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma;
— Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative design concepts;
— Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles;

— Experience in digital design for social media, websites, and mobile applications;
