What You’ll Be Driving:
— Contributing to the development and execution of L&D strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals;
— Advocating for and implementing constant learning and development opportunities according to L&D plan for employees at all levels;
— Helping design and implement learning processes that align with business needs and provide an engaging learning experience;
— Managing the budget allocated for learning and development initiatives, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness;
— Leading planning, execution, and delivery of L&D projects and programs from inception to completion, ensuring they are on track, meet objectives, and deliver measurable results;
— Developing training content, e-learning modules, and workshops, aligning them with the business and performance objectives;
— Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables for each L&D initiative;
— Coordinating the rollout of learning solutions, ensuring smooth delivery, scheduling, and logistics management;
— Managing the LMS platform, ensuring it supports program delivery and tracks learner progress;
— Collaborating with internal stakeholders and other departments to identify business needs, skills gaps and learning objectives for the development of effective learning solutions;
— Partnering with the HR function for the integrated projects execution;
— Manages external vendor relationships, ensuring they align with internal L&D goals and enhance program delivery;
— Supporting the improvement of learning solutions by gathering feedback, tracking data, KPIs and recommending changes to enhance effectiveness;
— Monitoring and executes specific L&D KPIs to ensure process quality.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
— 3+ years as L&D Manager/L&D Lead/L&D Project manager/in Senior L&D roles;
— Proven experience in implementation of talent development initiatives and delivering L&D projects;
— Proven experience in designing and managing effective training programs based on adult learning principles;
— Strong ability to align L&D strategies with business needs and support organizational change;
— Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple L&D initiatives and track KPIs;
— Proficiency in analyzing training data to assess impact and drive improvements;
— Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with internal teams and external providers.
