What You’ll Be Driving:
— Gathering, analyzing, clearly explaining, and refining requirements;
— Collaborating directly with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to design effective solutions;
— Transforming complex business requirements into product specifications for the development team;
— Managing and supporting requirements during all stages of the development;
— Involving in planning, design, testing, and implementation activities;
— Continuously monitoring and evaluating product usage and staying updated with industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvements;
— Contributing to the development of data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
— 2+ years of demonstrated IT business analysis experience;
— Knowledge of analytics and user tracking tools;
— Strong experience using different BA techniques and tools for documenting clear and comprehensive requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototyping etc.);
— A clear understanding of the requirement life cycle and SDLC;
— Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
— Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles;
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
— Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions;
— Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
— Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
Nice to have:
— Experience with Marketing Automation/ ERP/CRM/ Omni-channel communication systems, and big and high-load projects;
— Experience with API integrations and understanding of web services (REST/SOAP).
