About your key responsibilities and impact:
— Collecting inbound requests, conducting their qualification, transfer to the Head of sales, if the deal looks complex;
— Conducting prospects’ needs / pains discovery;
— Designing sales sequences in omnichannel sales environment;
— Transferring sales qualified leads to Sales Director for review;
— Preparing basic business proposals, draft contracts in line with corp templates;
— Documenting all leadgen/sales activities in CRM;
— Reporting regularly to the Sales Director and take active part in sales reviews;
— Managing own sales funnel to ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets are achieved and overachieved;
— Prospecting new clients and sales opportunities;
— Demonstration of solid knowledge of the product catalog, main industry trends, main product/solution strengths, main competitors’ positions;
— Taking part in sales training and coaching sessions;
— Formulation of requests to the Marketing about targeted campaigns, content;
— Coordination of activities with Research / Sales Ops team and formulation of requests about targeted accounts, database enrichment, etc.

Essential professional experience:
— Proven experience 2-3 years n Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in the gambling industry;
— Strong self-management, proactive and able to handle repetitive tasks;
— Experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activities and pipelines;
— Proficient in using digital sales tools and channels, such as LinkedIn, email, and other platforms for outreach;
— Willingness to learn new skills and take part in ongoing sales initiatives;
— Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
