About your key responsibilities and impact:
— Customization and launching a new payment methods, features and projects;
— Technical troubleshooting and logs parsing about integrations, transactions, product features and user flow on clients website;
— Customization a new projects and clients brands;
— Сreating requests for improve or develop our products, escalation technical issues to the responsible teams and partners and controlling the results of resolving;
— Create and support the documentation about Projects and Merchants;
— Generating alert-rules in microservice application Prometheus.
Essential professional experience:
— Higher education;
— Basic knowledge of English;
— 1.5+ years in the online payment industry;
— Technical experience with transaction flow and payments integrations;
— Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex situations;
— Able to multitask effectively and absorb information quickly.
