About your key responsibilities and impact:
— Leading and executing backend and frontend performance testing efforts for complex software systems, including identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
— Developing comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans based on project requirements and system architecture;
— Analyzing performance metrics and test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring optimization;
— Preparing comprehensive performance test reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and performance improvements;
— Dealing with CI, monitoring tools;
— Mentoring junior QA engineers and sharing expertise in performance testing methodologies, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Essential professional experience:
— 4+ years of experience as Performance Analyst;
— Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies;
— Knowledge about performance test types;
— Strong understanding of quality metrics;
— Ability to analyse test results;
— Experience working with various load testing tool (JMeter, Gatling, Locust etc);
— Experience working with CI tools (Gitlab Ci, Jenkins);
— Experience working with monitoring tools;
— Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
