Professional requirements:
— Experience in designing and implementing a holistic marketing strategy
— More than 7 years of experience in marketing, building a brand, analytics
— Successful experience of managing team 5+ employees and marketing agencies
— Deep knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads/Organic)
— Experience in building a brand (B2B preferred)
— Experience in working with US and EU target audiences
— Strong working experience with Analytics
— Data-driven Decision-Making

Responsibilities:
— Design and implement a marketing strategy
— Improve the customer acquisition cost (CAC) and Cost per Lead (CPL)
— Manage omni-channel marketing incl. Website, SMM, Email, Referral, Review Websites, Pay-per-click, etc.
— Generate Leads (MQLs) for the Sales Team from Organic and Paid Traffic Sources
— Design and execute upon the Content Marketing Strategy
— Results validation by data

— Manage a marketing team (in-house & outsourced)
— Regular communication & collaboration with the peers
