What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager with a proven track record at performance marketing. We expect you to manage our performance marketing efforts in order to achieve company’s goals. This position is for highly motivated specialists with hands-on experience of launching and optimizing high-budget campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

— Plan, launch and manage paid channels acquisition campaigns (Adwords, Bing, Youtube, etc)
— Optimizing CPL, CAC, managing the budget
— Validation of hypothesis via A/B testing
— Working closely with the marketing/product team to reach the company’s marketing goals
— Reporting of core metrics across the team

What we expect from you:

— You are a T-shaped marketer with good analytical skills
— Self-starter attitude
— 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing for English Speaking Markets
— Upper level of english
— You can create ad copies on your own without copywriter help
— Proficient knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adwords (other analytics and tracking systems are welcomed)
— Great at getting things done — so you have a proven track record of success at your previous workplace
— Great communication skills — you can easily work closely with a lot of departments
— Data-freak — you are good at A/B testing and optimizing conversion rates

Will be a plus (not mandatory but great to have):

— Previous experience of promoting new products (go-to-market strategy execution)
— Previous experience with DoubleClick
— Previous experience with US B2C products
— Ability to analyze complex data and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
— Marketing copywriting skills
