Junior Sales Development Representative (Remote) (вакансія неактивна)

— High level verbal and written English skills (this is really important for us)
— Strong communication skills (text, telephone, video etc.) are key
— a bit experience in software sales or with SaaS
— Organization skills and time management
— Experience in customer-facing positions (e.g. call center)
— You’re an active listener, who is capable of connecting to the customer and develop clients relationships but also able to handle objections
— As it is a remote job you should be comfortable with working from home, have a stable internet and phone connection and a place without distractions

— An understanding of a sales process / CRM

— Brainstorm and research potential clients, evaluate new sales sources and channels and qualify leads
— Identify the key decision-makers and their needs
— Get in touch with potential customers via cold calls, emails or by connecting via LinkedIn and other types of social media
— Articulate the benefits and solutions of Livereach
— Maintain the sales pipeline while managing existing customer needs
— Work closely with Product, Marketing and Development teams to drive product and business strategy
