Partnership Manager


The Partnership Manager will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a global network of resellers and partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that our partners are fully equipped and motivated to achieve their sales targets, while nurturing key global partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success.

You will be responsible for establishing partnerships with eCommerce agencies and Solution Providers to collaborate on projects or work together under a white-label arrangement or referral agreement. You will have the freedom to choose your communication approach, tool set, and methods. You will work alongside a data researcher who will identify and qualify new partnership opportunities for you to pursue.

You will be responsible for

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Identify potential resellers and strategic partners aligned with our brand and product suite.
  • Actively prospect and engage potential partners using outreach strategies such as cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our products, services, and sales expectations.

Partner Management & Performance:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction in our collaboration.
  • Develop and implement onboarding training sessions and materials to equip resellers for success.
  • Regularly review the performance metrics of partners, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Facilitate communication between our internal teams and partners to address any concerns or issues.
  • Organize and lead regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to ensure partners are meeting their sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing resellers.

Key Partnership Nurturing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key global partners, ensuring they receive exceptional support and attention.
  • Collaborate with key partners to co-create joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, terms, and any renegotiations as necessary with significant partners.


  • Proven track record of driving sales through partner networks.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of e-Commerce website development, Magento/Adobe Commerce is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, project management skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
