GoMage is looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager willing to take on Project Management duties for our internal projects.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral role working with customers, and other GoMage team members in sorting, monitoring and resolving support issues towards client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the development of our Magento 2 extensions, as well as improving our official website.

🔹 Stand at the frontline of GoMage technical support;
🔹 Gather required information from clients and escalate issues to other internal resources according to the predefined process as required;

🔸 Who is GoMage?

🔸 What is the structure of your development team?
Our development team consists mostly of middle and senior specialists managed by experienced and caring Team Leads and a Head of Engineering. 🔸 How many projects will I handle at once?
It depends on project requirements and your development skills. Usually, there are two ways of cooperation:
Working on one project only: for those developers with strong skills and experience.
Working on 1-3 projects: for specialists who are not ready to handle one big project yet. Working on several projects helps them improve knowledge and skills to move to option 1.

But in general, we give not more than 3 projects to one developer. Plus, taking into account that we deal with large businesses with complex development requests, you will be working with other developers on the project.

🔸 How can I develop as a professional in your company?
Each of our developers shall have a personal self-development plan to set clear goals and monitor the progress. Your development plan will include courses and certifications that you will complete at the company’s expense. We encourage our developers and other team members to pass official Adobe certifications, helping them with preparation and reviewing compensation afterwards.

If you want to grow into a senior expert and then a Team Lead — this is something we will support and make it happen, too.

Do I have to understand the Magento 2 platform to be a good fit for the position?
Experience with Magento 2 is a big plus but if the candidate has the right skills, we will help with study materials to familiarize with the platform during the probation period.

What system do you use for managing support requests and what forms of communication are in place?
We use the Zendesk support system to handle support requests. Nearly all of these requests are processed through support tickets (emails).

How much time will be dedicated to customer success duties during the day?
Usually these duties take up to 2h per day. The rest of the time will be dedicated to Project Management duties for our internal projects.
