GoIT is an EdTech product company.

We have become the leader of technical online education in Ukraine. More than 2,000 of our graduates currently work as developers in Ukraine. We also teach programming to students in Poland, the USA and Mexico.
Our main product is a web-based LMS (Learning Management System) application that allows to check students’ code automatically and makes the learning process gamified.

Currently, the company unites 300 people, and we do not plan to stop.

We are growing and developing rapidly and looking for a Senior Product Manager with a successful experience in defining, implementing and communicating the end-to-end vision of the product.

Your key responsibilities:

PRODUCT DISCOVERY
Conduct customer development including discovery, validation, creation, and building phases
Run market research and analysis

PRODUCT STRATEGY
Contribute to the end-to-end vision of the product
Communicate the vision to all cross-functional teams involved
Transform strategy into the product roadmap
Prepare billing model to meet revenue and profitability goals

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Prepare product requirements and use scenarios
Conduct product planning: product roadmaps, team, time, and budget
Lead the development process using SCRUM/AGILE methodology
Proactive risk management and troubleshooting

UX/UI
Create product wireframes/mockups/prototypes
Follow and initiate the implementation of the latest UI/UX trends
Improve product UX to increase conversion and retention rates

PRODUCT ANALYTICS
Cooperate with the analytical department to make data-driven decisions
Constantly monitor and improve product success metrics
