About Project
Our client is building a cutting-edge accounts receivable management software that uses machine learning to help finance teams become revenue heroes. Their’s vision to help finance teams perform their most valuable work. Now we are looking for a Technical Project Manager, who will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Set priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects or processes, working independently with general supervision, with Product and R&D teams, setting the processes, facilitating and doing coordination.
- Take an active part in setting goals and objectives for team members and managing performance for the achievement of operational results.
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are documented, understood and followed by direct reports if any, teams, customers and stakeholders.
- Customer-facing role: customer onboarding/implementation/support coordination, external software development vendors communication and coordination.
- Conduct reporting on metrics, KPIs, and % goals complete.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of job areas typically obtained through advanced education and work experience and may drive other professionals to achieve operational objectives, most of the time in a mono expertise area.
- Broad knowledge of the job area is expected but not limited to: Agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
- Previous experience in development or QA is a must.
- Experience in analysis of integration interfaces (REST API, JSON), familiarity with XML, SOAP.
- English is advanced.
- Good analytical skills as working with data and integrations is expected.
- Need to allocate some time to the Vancouver team and UA team at the same time, so not a regular working schedule is expected.
- Soft skills: team player, conflict management and resolution(problems faced may be difficult and not always complete), stress-resistant, result oriented, proactive (reveals not only problems but options/ways for resolutions).
- High emotional intelligence with a customer focus.
- UA-speaking person in EU.
