Now we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us to sell our services in US, Canada, EU markets (other regions are welcome too).
Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking for a person who can close deals with strong negotiating skills in English, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Responsibilities
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy and direction in line with the company’s business plan.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
- Meet with potential clients cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in accounts by understanding their needs and providing applicable solutions
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets and close real deals.
Requirements
- Related professional qualification
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in the IT industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with both small/medium size companies and enterprise customers.
- Proven experience in building a sales department from the ground up.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy from scratch.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to close a profitable deal.
- Ability to learn and understand IT outstaffing services market and customer needs quickly.
- Upper intermediate English level both written and verbal.
