Senior Mobile Product Designer (UI/UX)
6+ years of experience with end-to-end Product design.
Very high proficiency in the English language.
Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails).
Experience in human-centered design, design thinking, user-centric design.
High proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization and inbound marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience launching software at scale in a fast paced product organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence with storytelling.

Practice human-centered design in creating user experiences and user interfaces that are easy to use and solve the challenges of client’s target market.
Establish beautiful, expressive, and intuitive visual, motion, and interaction design with principles and patterns, across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
Produce designs that are laser focused on solving user and business problems, and which consider not just the ideal user flow but the realistic experiences for all use cases.
Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
Provide high-fidelity assets and specs ready for engineering.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
Contextualize the holistic impact of your design in the dynamic ecosystem of the three-sided marketplace.
Write documentation and guidance on how and why components, styles, and patterns are applied in code and design.
