Необхідні навички

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a CTO, Head of R&D, Engineering Director
  • At least 10 years experience in software development
  • A deep understanding of architectural methodologies and design patterns
  • Full understanding of Software development, agile R&D delivery,Web applications, end-user experience
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Hands on experience with some programming languages and databases
  • Understanding and experience with Big Data processing, data visualisation, IT security
  • Experience working with external software development providers
  • Experience with cloud hosting solutions, data processing automation and optimisation
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Experience in non IT/Software companies is a plus
  • Experience with Mobile Apps development
  • Experience in the digital product development as a product owner or business analyst is a plus
  • Fluent English level (written and spoken)

  • Develop technical aspects of the organization’s strategy to ensure alignment with its mission and goals
  • Communicate technology strategy to all departments and boards
  • Build an IT department which will provide IT/Digital/Automation services to all departments
  • Find and work with vendors and IT providers
  • Identify what technologies can be used to improve the organization’s products
  • Build a Data architecture and strategy to collect/store/process/structure/transform/mark with metadata millions of archive documents, video interviews, personal information, stories, photos, books and other data
  • Create and oversee high-level KPIs for IT department
  • Budget planning and execution, manage the department’s budget
  • Responsible for the IT products development lifecycle cycle end to end (Architecture, Design,
  • Development, QA, deployment to production)
  • Responsibility on digital products Security, SLA, and stability
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and infrastructure

    Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center is a non-governmental organization with its ambition to build a center of documentation, commemoration and education on the tragic events of September 1941. Our primary mission is to respectfully commemorate the victims of the Babyn Yar tragedy and to promote the humanization of mankind through the memory preservation and study of the history of the Holocaust.
    We have more than 30 active projects in very different areas (Digital, Science, History, Education, R&D, 3D modeling, Historic Investigation) and responsible project managers. Some of our projects presented on our website babynyar.org . Most of those projects require IT/Digital/Automation services and we are looking for a technology leader who can manage that
