About the team: hellodobby.com/about-us
Curiosity and ability to solve hard problems (and sometimes unstructured, not so well-defined problems).
Candid communication, responsiveness, extraordinary focus, intensity, and an ability to work in a demanding environment (and still smile and take care of each other).
Love solving real customer problems with technology and data (and sometimes “through sheer force of will”)
A belief in “good profit” — doing well by doing good (yes, we can make money while bringing a delightful experience to the consumers).
