Skills
● more than 2 years of experience
● background in education, training, or experience must include sound HR knowledge and skill and proven ability to apply this knowledge in varied situations; demonstrated ability to provide HR consulting to business situations;
● ability to be proactive in dealing with emerging issues and responsive in a timely manner to the management and employees; ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality;
● ability to manage projects to timelines;
● knowledge of broad business issues and how to apply them to projects;
● excellent computer skills;
● English — Upper-intermediate level;

Обов’язки

Job Overview and Responsibilities

● Partner with business unit on aligning HR practices with strategic business initiatives;
● keep current of the goals, capabilities, development priorities and needs of the businesses and functions they support;
● identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the businesses and functions they support;
● maintain network of HR and business contacts to facilitate knowledge sharing, transfer and completion of key deliverables;
● design change management initiatives to drive business results including process improvement, organizational design and realignment;
● address day-to-day employee/manager relations and performance management;
● coach managers to improve employee performance by utilizing effective coaching techniques;
● provide guidance and support in administering human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employees receive fair and reasonable treatment to establish a supportive work environment;
● evaluate and implement programs for organizational development assuring retention and competitiveness in the job market;
● research, recommend, and implement recognition and/or incentive plans and gain approval and support of business unit and Corporate Compensation;
● work on a variety of special projects related to the human resources discipline and manage implementation of business unit and HR policies and programs;
● perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
