Data Collection:
— automated collection (downloading) of data from websites (web scraping);
— manual or semi-automated from unstructured resources (such as photo, scan copy, pdf documents recognition).
Data Processing:
— restructuring of arrays of data into a readable format (machine-readable format);
— preparation of aggregated data sets;
— converting unstructured spreadsheet data into machine-readable format;
— verification of datasets for technical errors, such as missing punctuation marks, defects in data digitization;
data cleanup with regular expressions;
— refinement of data, such as enrichment of a dataset with additional metrics, integration with other datasets, etc.
Conducting quantitative data analysis and participating in the creation of information and / or analytical materials, including the preparation of descriptive statistics and data presentation.
Participation in project meetings, meetings, and activities.
Preparation of the report on the results of the work performed.
