— Serve as an analyst for Company’s Product Development level 3 support process.

— Verify reported issues in the software using a variety of analysis techniques which may include re-testing scenarios, running reports and queries, working with other team members to confirm expected system behavior.

This individual will provide active hands-on role as a support analyst for team. Providing analysis into the maintenance process for company’s suite of financial aid automation products. This position is within the Product Development, Business Analysts organization and will work closely with the development, QA, and delivery/customer support teams, ensuring that issues and analyses are clearly documented and communicated. The ideal candidate for this role will have been a product support analyst, or business systems analyst within a fast moving development team working on complex, high transaction enterprise systems.
